Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales & CRM Manager to handle end-to-end sales closures for premium under-construction residences (23 Cr+ segment). The role involves client presentations, CRM discipline, lead tracking, collections follow-ups, and coordination with our digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales closures (2 Cr+ preferred)
- Premium client presentations & site visits
- CRM management, lead tracking & follow-up discipline
- Collection tracking & documentation
- Social media DM handling & agency coordination
- Sales reporting & structured record maintenance
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years in real estate sales ( 1.5 Cr+ ticket size preferred)
- Experience with under-construction inventory
- CRM tools & MS Excel proficiency
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Structured thinking, time management & ownership mindset
- Professional, presentable personality
