Preferred Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (Preferred)
• MBA / PG in Marketing / Hospital Management / Business Administration (Added Advantage)

Experience Required

• 712 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Hospital Management / Healthcare Industry

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)

1. Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to increase hospital revenue and service outreach.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporates, and healthcare institutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, biomedical departments, and key stakeholders.
4. Promote hospital services, medical equipment solutions, and healthcare projects across India.
5. Manage corporate tie-ups, referral networks, and institutional collaborations.
6. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings with clients.
7. Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by management.
8. Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis.
9. Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
10. Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and healthcare events.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of hospital management & administration
• Technical understanding of biomedical equipment (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Mandatory
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
