Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing sales and marketing strategies for Yokogawas products and solutions in new and emerging industries such as Green Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, Battery Manufacturing, and Semiconductors.

Responsibility:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging sectors.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in Green Hydrogen, Renewable Energy, Battery, and Semiconductor industries.
- Promote Yokogawas Product solutions tailored to these sectors.
- Collaborate with Sales / Marketing and engineering teams to align solutions with industry needs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
- Represent Yokogawa at industry events, exhibitions, and forums.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to long-term strategic growth.
About the Talent / Person
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or related field)
Experience: 10-15 Years in industrial sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in emerging sectors like renewables, hydrogen.
Skill & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Knowledge of market dynamics in emerging industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
