Experience Required: Minimum 8-12 years in Sales & Marketing within the Diagnostics / Laboratory Background.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the diagnostics sector.

Manage and expand the companys B2B client base including hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel networks to increase market penetration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement heads, and channel partners.

Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Conduct regular market analysis, competitor mapping, and pricing strategy reviews.

Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.

Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
