Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and design-orientedSales Managerto join our team full-time, on-site in Bengaluru.
This role is specifically tailored for the interior design industry, where understanding client aspirations, spatial requirements, budgets, and timelines is essential.
The Sales Manager will:
- Lead and manage the sales pipeline for residential and commercial interior projects
- Generate qualified leads through on-field networking with builders, real estate sales teams, channel partners, and developers
- Convert design consultations into confirmed projects
- Work closely with the design team to align client expectations with creative proposals
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining a premium brand experience
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to design and execution teams
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to interior projects
- Build strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners to generate consistent project leads
- Conduct client meetings, understand design briefs, and present company capabilities
- Negotiate project terms while maintaining brand positioning
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage referrals
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within theinterior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industry
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial interior project cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage on-field meetings and networking activities
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Target-driven with strategic thinking ability
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
