Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert quality leads into successful sales.

Handle client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.

Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups.

Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales (Real Estate / Construction preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to convince and close clients effectively.

Degree / MBA preferred.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Salary & Benefits:

25,000 Salary + Allowances + Attractive Incentives
