A fast-growing renewable energy EPC company is looking for an experienced Head Sales & Marketing (EPC) to lead business growth and strategic expansion in the solar sector.

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 10+ Years (Solar industry experience mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing / Business Development leader to drive business growth across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong solar EPC experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Drive business development across EPC, BoS, I&C, and emerging segments (IPP, BESS, Wind/Hybrid)

Identify and pursue opportunities across private, government, and international markets

Engage with CXOs, key decision-makers, and government officials to build strategic partnerships

Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Oversee brand positioning, communication, and go-to-market initiatives

Support bid preparation, tender participation, and contract negotiations with cross-functional teams
