Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Executive, based in Vadodara with opportunities for partial remote work. The Sales Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to create actionable marketing and sales plans, enhancing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for expanding market reach.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing with the capability to drive revenue growth and build client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data to develop and implement business strategies for achieving organizational goals.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the hydrocarbon, paints, or Agro industries is a must.
