Pro Care is a growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing company offering patient scheduling, eligibility verification, charge entry, coding, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up services. We are expanding and seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth and increase our market presence in the healthcare sector.
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads (physicians, clinics, groups, healthcare providers).
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and healthcare networks.
- Present RCM solutions through virtual or onsite meetings.
- Understand client needs and offer customized RCM and billing solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Maintain CRM records and a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand presence.
- Create marketing content (brochures, presentations, digital assets).
- Manage company social media accounts and run targeted campaigns.
- Organize webinars and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate marketing plans and budgets with leadership.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred in RCM/Medical Billing/Healthcare).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of RCM and billing terminology (training available).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in place of degree.
- Lead Generation: 80120 qualified leads
- Meetings: 1525 meetings
- Pipeline Management: 3x4x of monthly revenue target
- Client Acquisition: 35 new clients
- Revenue Target: $10,000$25,000 new MRR
- Marketing KPIs: Content output, campaign performance, engagement
- Client Success: Smooth onboarding, no escalations in first 60 days
- Reporting: Weekly and monthly KPI tracking
- Competitive salary + commission
- 510% commission on first 3 months revenue
- Quarterly bonuses for exceeding 120% of targets
- Additional incentives for high-value contract.
