Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Solar EPC - Residential Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with potential clients, preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, coordinating with the installation team, and ensuring seamless project execution. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and Residential Solar skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience with PM-surya Ghar
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the solar industry is Mandatory
