Sales & Marketing Executive – KOSMC AI (SaaS Platform)

Location: Central Delhi (In-Office)

Work Mode: 5 Days a Week ( 2 Saturdays Working )

CTC: 3 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Were expanding fast and looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Delhi team.

What Youll Do

• Brand & Creator Outreach
• Reach out to D2C brands, creators, and agencies via calling, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Pitch product demos, qualify leads, and build long-term relationships
• Maintain a structured pipeline and follow up with high-intent prospects

Influencer & Partnership Management

• Identify and onboard creators for brand campaigns
• Work across tech, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and more sectors
• Coordinate with creators and support collaboration activities

Sales & Communication

• Draft high-quality outreach emails, proposals, and follow-up messages
• Confidently pitch our SaaS tools, explain features, and answer prospect queries
• Support pre-sales conversations and schedule demos for the founder

Founder Collaboration

• Work closely with the founder on marketing and sales initiatives
• Assist in day-to-day execution, ideas, and growth strategies

Who You Are

• 02 years of experience (freshers welcome)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, brands, and the creator ecosystem
• Fast learner who adapts well to SaaS tools and startup workflows
• Team player and self-starter who can take ownership after onboarding
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Disciplined, consistent, and growth-oriented
