Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Office-based) | Employment: Full-time

Satindarpal Rubber Products (Gujarat, India) is expanding, and were looking for a sales/marketing professional to help us grow our customer base in India and international markets.

What youll do

Cold call and reach out to new potential customers (phone/email/LinkedIn/industry directories).

Identify, qualify, and develop new leads; build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Present our rubber products, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and order execution.

Support marketing activities (customer follow-ups, basic outreach campaigns, product introductions, lead nurturing).

Track activities, follow-ups, and outcomes (CRM/Excel) and share weekly progress updates.

What were looking for

Proven experience in B2B sales/marketing (industrial products preferred).

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).

Confident cold calling, follow-ups, and negotiation skills; comfortable handling rejection.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined about lead tracking and reporting.

Preferred (a plus, not mandatory)

Experience selling rubber products (industrial rubber parts, molded products, rubber components, etc.).

Experience in international sales/customer development (export leads, overseas buyers).
