About the Role:

As a Marketing & Sales Associate, you will be the "Face of BeamX". Your goal is simple: uncover business problems that our engineering team can solve. You will blend digital marketing strategies with consultative selling to drive revenue and brand visibility.

This is not a cold-calling telemarketing role. This is a strategic role where you will learn how to sell high-ticket technical solutions to business leaders.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development (Sales)

  • Prospecting: Identify potential B2B clients (startups, SMEs) via LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and industry forums.
  • Consultative Outreach: Craft personalised emails and messages that speak to a client's specific technical pain points (e.g., "Is your current app slow?" or "Do you need AI to automate your support?").
  • Pipeline Management: Manage leads using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Client Demos: Assist senior leadership in scheduling and conducting initial discovery calls.


2. Brand & Content (Marketing)

  • Tech Translation: Work with developers to turn complex case studies (e.g., Optimizing PostgreSQL Queries) into easy-to-read blog posts and LinkedIn content.
  • Social Media Growth: Manage BeamXs LinkedIn and Twitter presence to build authority in the IT services space.
  • Market Research: Keep an eye on competitors and emerging tech trends (like GenAI or no-code tools) to keep our pitch deck fresh.


Requirements

  • Experience: 02 years in business development, sales, or digital marketing. Freshers with a strong portfolio or internship experience are welcome.
  • Tech-Savviness: You dont need to code, but you must be curious. You should know what SaaS, API, and cloud computing mean.
  • Communication: You write emails that get opened. You can articulate complex ideas simply and confidently.
  • Resilience: You understand that "No" is just part of the process to get to a "Yes".
  • Tools: Familiarity with Canva (for basic design), ChatGPT (for productivity), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
