Job Description
We are looking for a driven Manager / Sr. Manager Sales to expand our retail network and drive Extended Warranty and Value-Added Services business across leading furniture chains in South India.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop effective Retail network of leading furniture chains and set achievable goals to meet company expectations for Extended Warranty Business and other Value added services
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular progress reports to the Reporting Manager and Management. Maintain strong Partner relationships and handle customer queries and complaints promptly. Attend sales meetings and participate in company provided training programs. Stay updated on product features, and any product related changes. Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors products, offers, and schemes, and update the Management accordingly. Coordinate with the service department to ensure customers receive excellent after-sales support. Maintain a professional appearance and always adhere to ethical business practices. Participate in exhibitions or events as instructed by Management. Collect feedback from partners and customers and share it with internal teams.
Experience Required
Should have Min 5 to 8 years plus experience. Experience in the mattress, Furniture, furnishing, Industry is must, mainly from Organized retail with experience in dealing with leading chains of the region, having strong relationships with the partners .
MBA or Graduate with strong academic back ground
