Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the credit card business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch new credit card products and initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, offering training and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures related to sales and credit card operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in credit card sales and marketing.
- Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, promoting our credit card offerings and building brand awareness.
