- Achieving the target by managing sales funnel & the team
- Have a strong existing network of consultants / PMC/ Architects and Corporates
- Get XM brand speced in tender rfps
- Grow customer base in Corporates
- Grow business in South India
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
Create Sales Funnel & Conversion
- Create outbound leads, Work on inbound leads
- Sustain and build new relationship with large Corporates & Consultants
- Strategizing for optimum conversion
- Getting timely payment
- Establish XM as a reputed Indian OEM & Positioning of company & products
Mapping consultants, PMC & Architects
- Sustain and build relationship with consultants, PMC & Architects
Mapping govt. dept. and spec tenders with XM brand:
- Map and build relationship with govt. departments
- Get information of ongoing projects, budget allocation from the department
- Get XM brand speced in RFP
- Influence stakeholders as and when required
