Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales for residential apartment, villas and open plot projects to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Plan and execute site visits, customer presentations, and sales campaigns.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms within company-approved frameworks.
  • Ensure high conversion of walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partner leads.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build trust-based relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory.
  • Handle objections, escalations, and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience from enquiry to booking confirmation.


Channel Partner Management

  • Onboard, train, and manage CP and brokers.
  • Track channel partner performance and improve productivity.
  • Support partners in deal structuring and closures and maintain strong long-term channel relationships.


Documentation & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations for booking documentation.
  • Ensure timely collection of booking forms, KYC documents, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and sales MIS.


Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track local real estate market trends and competitor projects. Provide insights on pricing, inventory movement, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 9 - 15 Years' of real estate sales experience.
