Role Overview:-
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager North India to join our growing sales team as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B SaaS sales experience who enjoys owning the end-to-end sales cyclefrom pipeline creation to deal closure.
You will focus on acquiring new business, managing key mid-market and enterprise accounts, and consistently achieving revenue targets in a fast-growing AI SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territory, including:
- Prospecting and pipeline generation
- Qualification and discovery
- Product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Proposal creation, negotiation, and contracting
- Deal closure and revenue delivery
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Drive new logo acquisition while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools
- Continuously identify new market opportunities within the North India region
Experience & Qualifications:-
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market accounts
- Proven track record of closing end-to-end deals independently
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
- Prior experience selling AI, automation, or conversational AI solutions is a plus
- Highly self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and capable of working autonomously
