Role Description
We are seeking 3 full-time Sales Managers to join our team on-site in Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai under our Partner Channel.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for
1. Independently Closing the Leads from uKnowva Partners end to end . From Demo, Presentation, Negotiation and Final Closure. Partner will assist in stake holder management.
2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,
3 . Building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
4. Responsibilities also include conducting market research to identify potential customers, negotiating contracts, analyzing sales metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction while driving company growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HRMS HCM Sales preferred
- Winner attitude with solution solving mind
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and deliver results
- Proficiency in HCM and HRMS software
- Team management and mentoring abilities to lead performance-driven teams
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organizational skills. Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills.
