Sales Manager Transformer Insulation
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our transformer insulation business. The role combines strong commercial leadership with a solid understanding of transformer insulation products and applications, including pressboard, insulation paper, and related components. The Sales Manager will define sales strategy, manage key customer relationships, and guide the sales team to drive sustainable growth in the transformer industry.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Set sales objectives, budgets, and forecasts
- Identify new markets, customers, and growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Set individual targets and evaluate performance
- Support negotiations and key customer engagements
- Recruit and develop sales talent as the business expands
- Manage relationships with key and strategic customers
- Lead major commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Build long-term customer partnerships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, including leadership or management responsibility
- Experience in industrial or electrical products, preferably within the transformer or insulation sector
- Strong understanding of transformer insulation products and market dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
- Strong relationship-building and decision-making abilities
