Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager from the Interior Design Industry who understands design concepts and has strong conversion abilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling enquiries independently and converting them into confirmed bookings through structured presentations, strategic follow-ups, and confident client interaction.

Key Responsibilities Lead Management
  • Handle all assigned leads (walk-ins, references, digital enquiries).
  • Conduct qualification calls and understand client requirements, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain proper CRM tracking of every enquiry.
Client Consultation & Design Understanding
  • Conduct in-depth client meetings.
  • Understand layout plans, materials, and design requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design team for concept discussions when required.
  • Explain design concepts and execution process confidently to clients.
Sales Conversion
  • Drive structured sales presentations.
  • Present proposals, budgets, and company positioning.
  • Handle objections confidently (pricing, timelines, materials, competitors).
  • Strong follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with advance payments.
Revenue Responsibility
  • Achieve monthly booking targets.
  • Maintain conversion ratio benchmarks.
  • Focus on high-value project closures.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure smooth transition from booking to design execution team.
  • Maintain professional communication at all stages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in Interior Design Sales
  • Strong understanding of residential interior projects (8L 25L segment preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Presentation and objection-handling expertise
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of layouts, materials, and modular concepts
