Position: GCC Sales Lead / Business Development Manager GCC

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced GCC Sales Leader to drive business growth by establishing and expanding Global Capability Center (GCC) engagements with global enterprises. The role involves identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships with enterprise clients, and leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle for GCC setup and expansion programs.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT consulting, engineering services sales, and GCC ecosystem development, along with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders across global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive GCC sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing GCC relationships.
- Identify and develop opportunities with global enterprises looking to establish or expand GCCs in India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for GCC opportunities across industries such as Telecom, BFSI, Hi-Tech, Insurance, Retail, and CPG.
- Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and solution teams to create compelling GCC value propositions.
- Lead RFP responses, proposals, and presentations tailored to GCC transformation programs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging GCC trends and opportunities.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, client meetings, webinars, and thought leadership events.
- Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar platforms).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT services / consulting sales with strong exposure to GCC engagements.
- Proven experience in building and managing sales pipelines and closing enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of Global Capability Centers, outsourcing models, and digital transformation programs.
- Demonstrated success in C-level engagement and relationship management.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / International Business / Product Management.
- Experience working with global markets (US, UK, APAC).
- Strong network within the GCC ecosystem in India.
