• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
• Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve sales targets
• Drive business through the agency channel
• Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity
• Conduct joint fieldwork and sales support

Required Candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 6 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
• Strong leadership skills with a target-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
