Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our cab services and hotel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through corporate tie-ups, travel partnerships, and direct customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Develop partnerships with companies for transportation and accommodation services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and field visits.
  • Promote cab packages, hotel rooms, event bookings, and travel solutions.


2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Upsell hotel packages, long-term stays, and premium cab services.
  • Coordinate promotional offers and seasonal campaigns.


3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client visits.


4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations and front office teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Update CRM systems with client data and follow-ups.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or transportation industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and pressure.
  • Good knowledge of local market and corporate networks.
