Job Description

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5 years & more


The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales cycle for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience in real estate sales management.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.


2. Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve team targets.

Monitor performance, provide training, and conduct regular review meetings.

Allocate leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely client responses.


3. Channel Partner Management

Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners and brokers.

Conduct CP onboarding, training, engagement activities, and campaigns.

Ensure active participation of CPs in launches, events, and promotions.


4. Marketing & Project Coordination

Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and events.

Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

Assist in planning and executing project launches and events.


5. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure excellent customer service from enquiry to possession.

Resolve customer queries, provide accurate project information, and ensure timely communication.

Maintain CRM data, follow-ups, and documentation accuracy.


6. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.

Track pipeline, forecasts, conversion ratios, and inventory movement.

Ensure proper handling of booking forms, agreements, and documentation.


Experience:

58 years of sales experience in the real estate sector.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling a team.


Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.

Good knowledge of the local real estate market.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
