Job Description

We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role requires someone with deep market knowledge, strong industry connections, and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships.

The position is based in Noida and Pune, and the candidate will be responsible for expanding our staffing footprint across target industries and geographies.


Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for IT and/or Non-IT staffing services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent closures.

Client Relationship Management

  • Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build long-term partnerships with HR leaders, procurement teams, and hiring managers.
  • Understand client workforce needs and propose customized staffing solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Drive a pricing strategy aligned with market standards and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in contract staffing, permanent hiring, RPO, or managed services.
  • Provide insights and feedback to leadership on business expansion strategies.

Revenue & Target Management

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and closures.
  • Ensure profitability and margin adherence in all client engagements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry (IT and/or Non-IT staffing).
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Strong existing relationships with companies and hiring decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong sales acumen and persuasive negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively pursue business opportunities.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Experience handling contract staffing, permanent staffing, or workforce solutions.
