We Are Hiring | Sales Manager SaaS & Software Solutions (Zoho Suite)
A leading IT / SaaS solutions provider is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with strong experience in SaaS, ERP, and CRM solution sales, particularly within the Zoho ecosystem. If you have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and enterprise client acquisition, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Location : Sector 62, Noida / Bidhannagar, Kolkata (Candidates should be currently residing nearby Noida or Kolkata)
Working Days: 6 Days
Salary: Up to 7 LPA (Hike as per current salary & interview performance)
Experience: 23+ Years in SaaS / Software Sales
*Key Responsibilities:*
Identify and acquire mid-market and enterprise clients across North, Central, and East India
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure deal progression
Drive solution-based selling of Zoho Suite products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho One, Zoho SalesIQ, etc.)
Prepare pricing proposals and customized solutions aligned with client needs
Handle negotiation and deal closure to shorten sales cycles
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Build strong long-term customer relationships
Track market trends and competitor activities
Provide sales forecasting and reporting to leadership
*Key Requirements:*
2+ years of SaaS / Software sales experience
Strong experience in ERP / CRM solution sales
Hands-on exposure to Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One, Zoho People, etc.)
Experience handling mid-market / enterprise clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively
* Compensation:*
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Quarterly Bonus on Target
