Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, prospecting new clients, providing tailored presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as strategic thinking
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Ability to adapt to dynamic market trends and a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with real estate or large-scale sales is a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
