Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Real Estate Sourcing Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in sourcing HNI clients and investors for luxury real estate transactions with minimum ticket sizes of 15 crore and above.


This role is purely sourcing-driven and demands an individual who brings an active personal client database, strong channel partner relationships, and the ability to consistently generate high-quality leads for premium projects.Antilla Estates Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview


Key Responsibilities


Independently source HNI clients and investors for luxury real estate projects

Leverage personal client database, channel partners, brokers, and referral networks

Generate and deliver qualified leads for 15 Cr+ ticket-size transactions

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, family offices, investors, and channel partners

Act as the primary sourcing point and support the sales team through deal progression

Ensure a steady sourcing pipeline aligned with company revenue targets

Track sourcing performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics

Stay updated with luxury real estate trends and investor expectations


Mandatory Requirements


Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing or luxury real estate

Proven track record of sourcing deals worth 15 crore and above

Strong, active network of HNIs, investors, channel partners, and brokers

Ability to source independently with minimal supervision

Deep understanding of luxury client behavior and investment mindset
