Were hiring for two key roles.
1)Sales Manager
2)Sales Executive (B2B)
We intend to drive enterprise and mid-market business, strengthen client relationships, and ensure seamless execution with internal teams.
Role and Responsibilities
1) Sales Manager Enterprise B2B
The Sales Manager will lead end-to-end enterprise sales, focusing on large corporate accounts with multi-location presence. This role requires strong CXO-level engagement, strategic selling, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and long-term account growth.
Experience: 45 years
Reporting To: Sales Head
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development for branding, signage, and rollout solutions
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close enterprise-level deals
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including RFPs, proposals, and bidding
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with corporate clients
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Act as the single point of contact for key accounts and escalations
- Coordinate with design, production, client servicing, and backend teams
- Ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable growth

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and pitch branding and rollout solutions across industries
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities (calls, LinkedIn, meetings)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Maintain CRM, sales documentation, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate execution
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
