Role Overview
The Sales Manager Consulting & Pharma Solut ions will be responsible for driving consulting-led and product-aligned sales engagements for pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. This role requires strong key account ownership, consultative selling capabilities, and the ability to build scalable sales processes in an early-growth, product-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build and scale sales pipelines in early growth stages
Acquire, manage, and grow key pharmaceutical and healthcare accounts
Lead key account sales processes, including renewals and upsell opportunities
Sell consultative, solution-based, and product-led IT offerings aligned to Leagues.ai
Conduct client discovery, solution mapping, and value-based selling
Manage key acceptance mapping and stakeholder alignment within client organizations
Support client onboarding, training, and adoption in collaboration with internal teams
Lead negotiations, commercials, and contract closures
Follow defined sales processes and contribute to their continuous improvement
Key KPIs & Success Metrics
Revenue achievement and deal closure rates
Growth in key account revenue and account retention
Number and quality of active enterprise accounts managed
Pipeline value, velocity, and conversion rates
Upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion metrics
Customer adoption and satisfaction for managed accounts
Compliance with defined sales processes and reporting

Previous Experience (Preferred)
Strong background in consultative selling
Experience selling IT solutions and product-led offerings
Proven track record in key account management and enterprise sales
Experience in sales process ownership, client acceptance mapping, and training
Exposure to pharma or healthcare sales environments is highly preferred
