This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager - Rooms will be responsible for generating room sales and revenue by managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, identifying and pursuing sales leads, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also entails coordinating with other departments to ensure guests needs are met and delivering exceptional service to clients. Regularly reviewing sales strategies and adapting to market trends is an essential component of this role.

• Experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, room sales strategies, and market analysis
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools is preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset
• Team-oriented approach with a collaborative and professional outlook
• Relevant experience in luxury hotels or the hospitality industry is highly desirable
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
