Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager for a high-ownership role that combines direct sales, sourcing, and deal closures, with strong exposure to premium residential projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in broker-led sales, client handling, and local market sourcing.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Handle walk-in, inbound, and sourced client enquiries
  • Conduct site visits and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable projects

Sourcing & Market Development

  • Source inventory and deals across Western Mumbai
  • Build relationships with developers, brokers, and local market intermediaries
  • Identify new project opportunities and off-market deals
  • Maintain an active network within the local real estate ecosystem

Coordination & Closures

  • Coordinate with presales, documentation, and legal teams
  • Assist in negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring
  • Ensure timely documentation, booking formalities, and client follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate sales trackers and MIS


Requirements

  • 34 years of experience in residential real estate sales (realtor experience preferred)
  • Strong market knowledge of Western Mumbai
  • Experience building and managing a team
  • Proven experience in sourcing and closing deals
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
