Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager for a high-ownership role that combines direct sales, sourcing, and deal closures, with strong exposure to premium residential projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in broker-led sales, client handling, and local market sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Handle walk-in, inbound, and sourced client enquiries
- Conduct site visits and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable projects
Sourcing & Market Development
- Source inventory and deals across Western Mumbai
- Build relationships with developers, brokers, and local market intermediaries
- Identify new project opportunities and off-market deals
- Maintain an active network within the local real estate ecosystem
Coordination & Closures
- Coordinate with presales, documentation, and legal teams
- Assist in negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring
- Ensure timely documentation, booking formalities, and client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales trackers and MIS
Requirements
- 34 years of experience in residential real estate sales (realtor experience preferred)
- Strong market knowledge of Western Mumbai
- Experience building and managing a team
- Proven experience in sourcing and closing deals
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
