About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing Real Estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, building strong client relationships, driving property sales, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in real estate sales, client handling, and project promotion. Training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:

Promote residential and commercial real estate projects through field visits, client meetings, and site tours.

Plan, execute, and monitor field sales activities to achieve sales targets for residential and commercial projects.

Conduct property presentations, explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to potential buyers.

Assist clients during site visits and guide them through the booking and documentation process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Ensure complete documentation, agreement processes, and payment follow-ups for closed deals.

Support in organizing events, roadshows, and property expos for project promotions.

Provide regular updates on sales progress, client queries, and market trends to the team.

Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.


Requirements:

Min Graduate from any stream (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Passion for sales, networking, and building client relationships.

Confident, energetic, and willing to learn real estate sales techniques.

  • Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and site visits.
