This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Real Estate, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales and revenue for real estate projects, and guiding customers throughout their real estate journey. This includes initiating client outreach, understanding their requirements, conducting property visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction during the transaction process.
- Strong skills in sales and customer relationship management
- Proven ability in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of the real estate market and customer-centric selling strategies
- Experience in team management and performance monitoring to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
