This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager Real Estate (High-End Residential), located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process for premium residential projects, manage client relationships, and engage in business development to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, supporting marketing initiatives, negotiating with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management in the real estate or high-end residential market
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the sales team
- Knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends in Bengaluru
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
- A degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in delivering personalized and luxury client experiences is an advantage
