Role Overview

We are looking forexperienced, high-quality Sales Managers (Inside Sales)to join ourAuramahValley Sales Team.

This role goes far beyond traditionaltele calling.

As aSalesManager, you will be theprimary relationship ownerfor assigned clients from the first conversation to deal closureand post-sale documentation coordination. You willbe responsible forunderstanding client intent, building genuine connections, personalizing conversations, and ensuring a smooth and premium client experience


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients
  • Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, particularly luxury properties, is highly preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred


Communication & Professionalism

  • Maintainhigh standardsof spoken English and Hindi
  • Communicate in a calm, respectful, and polished mannerat all times
  • Use WhatsApp, calls, and follow-ups professionally and responsibly
  • Maintainaccurateclient records and update lead status regularly
