We are hiring a high-performing Sales Manager Software Sales to drive enterprise revenue growth from our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complete end-to-end enterprise software sales cycle
• Generate new business opportunities in B2B enterprise segment
• Close high-value software deals (1 Crore+ per deal preferred)
• Meet and exceed annual revenue targets
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and business decision-makers
• Lead RFP/RFI submissions and commercial negotiations
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales & Delivery teams for solution positioning
• Maintain strong pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
• Contribute to strategic sales planning and market expansion

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)

• 10+ years of core Software / IT Services / SaaS Sales experience
• Must currently be working in a Software Product or IT Services company
• Proven track record of achieving 5+ Crore annual sales target
• Experience in selling SaaS / ERP / CRM / Cloud / Custom Software solutions
• Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales
• Experience working with CXO / Director-level stakeholders
• Willing to work from office in Chennai (No remote option)
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills

Preferred

• MBA Sales/Marketing
• Exposure to international markets
• Experience using CRM tools
