Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Bhopal. The Sales Manger will be responsible for building and managing relationships with distributors and dealers, identifying potential clients, and conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities. The role includes preparing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The Sales Executive will also be involved in preparing and delivering presentations, attending industry events, and maintaining detailed records of sales activity.

• Strong understanding of channel sales in electrical / LED
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in client relationship management and effective customer service delivery
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and sales strategy development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site role while collaborating effectively with team members
• Previous experience in the electrical or lighting industry is advantageous
