- Experience with Public Sector/ Utilities/ Government Departments
- Familiar with TCP/IP networking; good communication and teamwork skills; quick learner for new technologies and applications; understanding of New Product Development Procedure is a plus
- Good at coordination, negotiation and presentation, market trend sensitivity, high EQ, and enthusiasm.
Industry Experiences
Selling of: INDUSTRIAL NETWORKING PRODUCTS such as ETHERNET SWITCHES; MEDIA CONVERTERS; WIRELESS; IIOT products to Power; Oil & Gas; Transportation & Infrastructure segments.
KRA's
- Develop target customers of vertical segments & maintain customer relationships
- Approach major customers to get brand approved
- Provide product/ network solution to customers
- Resolve customers queries independently
- Setting up Sales Targets & Budgets of responsible regions & Key accounts
- Develop project, tender spec-in, and close order
- Analyse, plan, implement and present Sales strategies & Market competition, to identify potential customers, increase brand awareness and market share
- Analyse and interpret marketing trends concerning technical products or services
- Organize and conduct Technical Presentations & Product Demos
- Collaborate with team members internally to work out best solution to customers
Qualification
BE/B Tech/ Diploma in Electronics/ E&TC/ Electrical/ Instrumentation. MBA or equivalent will be added advantage
