This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales activities, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, forecast sales performance, and implement strategies to optimize revenue growth.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven skills in sales planning, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Leadership and Team Management: Experience in building, managing, and motivating sales teams.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster client and team relationships.
- Analytical and Strategic Planning: Ability to analyze market trends, create sales strategies, and achieve organizational goals.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in real estate or related industries is highly regarded.
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and flexibility to travel if required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
