About the Role

MM Mithaiwala is looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue across retail, bulk, and B2B/B2D channels. The role involves developing sales strategies, building partnerships, and scaling both direct and distribution sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive growth across retail (B2C), bulk orders, corporate gifting, and B2B/B2D channels
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
2. B2B / B2D Sales Development
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, corporate clients, and retail partners
  • Expand network for bulk sales (festivals, events, gifting, institutions)
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and contracts
3. Retail Sales Optimization
  • Work closely with store operations to improve walk-in conversions and ticket size
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, offers, and upselling strategies
  • Monitor customer trends and buying behavior
4. Corporate & Bulk Sales
  • Generate and manage large-volume orders for corporates, events, and festive seasons
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery coordination
5. Team Management
  • Lead and guide the sales team (if applicable)
  • Set targets, track performance, and ensure accountability
  • Train staff on upselling and customer engagement
6. Market Expansion & Partnerships
  • Identify new sales channels (online, institutional, export, etc.)
  • Collaborate with aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato) and other platforms
  • Explore partnerships for brand growth
7. Reporting & Analytics
  • Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance
  • Analyze data to optimize pricing, offers, and product mix
  • Provide insights and reports to management
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in F&B, retail, or FMCG
  • Strong network in corporate/B2B sales is a plus
  • Experience in handling bulk and distributor sales (B2D)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven with a strong execution mindset
