Sales Manager

Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu

Miraza is a fast-growing premium retail brand specialising in high-qualitydates, nuts, dried fruits, and traditional healthy sweets. We are seeking a dynamic, responsibleSales Managerto lead our retail store operations and drive sales growth.

If you have prior experience in aDates & Dry Fruit storeor retail store management and are passionate about customer engagement and sales performance, we would love to hear from you.

Freshers with strong leadership qualities and willingness to learn are also welcome (Training will be provided).

Manage day-to-day store operations

Lead and supervise a team of 8 employees

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

Ensure excellent customer service and repeat customer growth

Maintain proper stock management and inventory control

Conduct monthly stock audit and inventory reconciliation

Prepare weekly performance reports and task updates

Submit weekly & monthly sales reports

Generate product-wise sales analysis (Fast-moving / Medium-moving / Non-moving items)

Ensure store hygiene, visual merchandising & product display standards

Handle billing, cash management, and store documentation

Train and guide staff to improve selling skills and product knowledge

Prior experience as Sales Manager in a Dates/Dry Fruit store preferred

Retail store management experience is mandatory

Strong product knowledge (Dates varieties, nuts, dry fruits, customer preferences) preferred

Ability to manage workforce and drive performance

Strong reporting and basic Excel knowledge

Leadership & target-oriented mindset

Good communication and customer handling skills

Freshers with strong leadership qualities and willingness to learn are also welcome (Training will be provided).

10:00 AM 10:00 PM

(Shift flexibility possible: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM)

25,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
