Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline for long-cycle capital equipment deals.
  • Lead high-value negotiations (capital purchase, lease models, service contracts).
  • Engage surgeons and tailor solutions based on procedural preferences (knee, hip, revision).
  • Deliver compelling ROI presentations to hospital leadership and procurement teams.
  • Partner with clinical teams to execute demos, trials, and cadaver labs.
  • Use clinical evidence and health economics to strengthen the sales case.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of capital medical device sales experience (robotics, imaging, surgical platforms preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in complex selling environments.
  • Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills.
