Job Description

We are looking for Sales Manager for our leading Edtech client in Gurgaon to lead impactful programs, drive strategic initiatives and lead collaborative sales through a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of inside sales executives to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, conduct regular training, and implement coaching interventions.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive revenue growth by analyzing metrics and optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Customer-First Focus: Ensure high customer satisfaction during the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance funnel efficiency.
  • Process Management: Oversee end-to-end sales, including pitch, negotiation, and closure


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 4+ years' of sales (B2C) experience
  • 2+ years of experience in handling team in a Edtech Company
  • Strong Leadership, Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to manage high - performing sales teams.
