About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager Luxury to lead high-value residential sales, manage elite client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the luxury segment. The role demands strong market knowledge, refined client-handling skills, and the ability to close large-ticket transactions while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive sales for luxury residential properties, villas, and premium projects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with a focus on high-ticket closures.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with luxury market dynamics.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Deliver personalized property consultations and curated site visits.
  • Ensure a seamless end-to-end buying experience, from lead engagement to closure.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of luxury sales consultants.
  • Monitor individual performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching.
  • Set clear KPIs and maintain high conversion ratios and deal quality.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track luxury market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity.
  • Provide insights to leadership on demand trends and new luxury opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on premium campaigns, events, and launches.

Channel & Developer Coordination

  • Liaise with developers, architects, and interior partners for luxury projects.
  • Strengthen relationships with key channel partners and referral networks.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and MIS reporting.
