Role Description

The Sales Manager role at LUXURA is a full-time position with a hybrid work model located in Bengaluru, allowing for a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, establishing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, creating reports, and identifying opportunities for business growth and market expansion. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications
  • Sales Management and Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and monitor a team for performance excellence
  • Strong Business Development, Strategy Execution, and Market Research capabilities
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and data analytics platforms
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills for client and team interactions
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in the retail or luxury goods sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA preferred
