Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Loans division within the Banking Sector. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving loan product sales, managing and mentoring sales teams, and building strong relationships with clients. Your duties will include achieving sales targets, identifying opportunities for growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with banking industry regulations. Additionally, you will monitor team performance and provide actionable insights to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Business Development
• Strong background in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Knowledge of Loans, Financial Products, and Banking Sector operations
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
• Experience in Team Management and Performance Analysis
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for sales tracking and reporting
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in the banking industry or financial services sector is highly desirable
