- Achieve assigned Sales Volume, Units, Drawing Power and SOH target.
- Flawless Management of LAS Process.
- Needs to be instrumental in Internal Channels Engagement – Regular visits, Meetings and Training.
- Recruit, Train and Hand holding frontline team and ensure team productivity.
- Hand-on MIS and Reporting.
- Liaison between various internal teams to ensure the Disbursement TAT is maintained.
- Seamless delivery of services with the help of central Service support team.
- Empanel DSA and drive DSA business.
