Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager for Stainless Steel Railing Products, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. You will lead sales strategies, develop new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction with our range of high-quality SS 316/304 grade railing systems and architectural hardware products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the stainless steel railing products segment.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the architectural, construction, and building sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Provide exceptional service and support to address client needs and inquiries.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the architectural hardware, construction, or stainless steel railing products industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SS 316/304 grade railing systems and architectural hardware products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
